Characters
The characters in Cut the Rope 2 have their unique abilities. Some, like the Whoopee Cushions which blow air when pressed, can be used to move candy or Om Nom around the screen; the Gravity Screw, present in the Cosmic Box, and the Heli-Critter in the Magic Box can also be used for this purpose. There are also other characters such as the Nommies who appear in every environment and can be activated by swiping on them, or they can be triggered by other events such as the clovers which require a special power-up to collect or the medals earned for completing levels in specific ways.
Cut the Rope 2 is a full-fledged sequel to 2010’s original Cut the Rope, and it builds upon its core gameplay, adding new environments with different levels, characters, and forms of gameplay. The game also features additional content grouped into “boxes” which are available through updates, including the Magic Box, Experiments, and Time Travel.
Levels
Each level presents an interesting puzzle to solve. Some are simple while others are more complex and require the player to think outside of the box.

The player can also use various equipment, including suction cups that attach to surfaces (first introduced in Fabric Box level 2-1), air cushions that propel the candy, and bee ropes that move along a path at a constant speed and are first introduced in Buzz Box.
The game also offers hints, but players should use them sparingly to make sure they have enough for difficult levels. Like most puzzle games, the best way to solve a level is not always obvious and requires experimenting with different possibilities until a solution is found.
